When a teach signs up to lead a tour with EF Education First, they are welcomed in as Group Leaders with a surprise gift. Previously, this had been one annual item that our team thoughtfully created to send out. After hearing insights from Group Leaders that they, as teachers, usually had very few perks, much less a choice of said perk, we decided to open the Group Leader Gift Shop. Here, teachers traveling with EF can choose from a variety of items, all free, that they can take back to the classroom or on their travels.
Along with another designer on the team, we created four new limited edition items. We designed them using the creative from “Think Pink”, an extension of our core brand, to make them eye catching, fun, and be something that teachers would want to show off.
